Research Overview

I am PhD candidate at Lancaster University Management School, where my interdisciplinary research focuses on circular economy based reverse logistics and the role of promtions in driving success trainsition to circular economy and sustainability. My PhD research explores the interaction and the interplay of multlevel pressures(micro, meso and macro) that influence the adoption of circular economy practices with a particular interest in transforming waste to wealth especially plastics waste.

Theoretically, I draw from network theory and institutional theory to address the pressing global challlenges unsustainable production and consumption.I am currently advancing network theory by introducting network pressure framework to provide a comprehensive understanding on how organisations respond to interactive multilevel network pressures within and outside an organisational wide network.
