I am a PhD Student in the Organisation, Work and Technology Department (OWT). I obtained my MSc in Politics, Philosophy and Management with Distinction from LUMS, and hold a BBA in International Business Magement (First Class) from LUMS and a BSc in International Business from Northeastern University.
Research Interests
My research explores gender in academia and how employees might turn their gender into a commodity and the impact this has.
