Andreas Schroeder is a Professor of Digital Strategy and Services Innovation at Lancaster University Management School. His research program lies at the intersection of Operations Management and Information Systems, focusing on directly impacting organizational practices. Much of Andreas’ work revolves around ‘servitization’, which refers to the transformation of product-focused manufacturers as they develop and increasingly compete through high-value service offerings.
Andreas is a senior member of the Advanced Services Group, a cross-university research group dedicated to excellence in servitization and advanced services research and practice. In his role at the research group, Andreas supports some of the world’s leading manufacturers with the strategic orientation and digital implications of their servitization journeys.
