Caroline, who was previously a Consulting Editor on the journal, joins Ossie Jones of Liverpool University Management School in her role as Co-Editor.

In an editorial on the British Academy of Management website, Caroline and Ossie say: "As a new team, we both look forward to improving the journal by continuing to attract high-quality state-of-the-art reviews. We remain committed to IJMR's interdisciplinary and inclusive approach and we believe the Journal plays an increasingly important role on the scholarly global stage, where the process of publication and learning is changing rapidly."
