Lancaster's popular MSc Finance has been ranked 40th in the world, and 11th in the UK, in the FT’s Masters in Finance Pre-Experience 2015 ranking.
The LUMS Finance MSc is also the top programme in Northwest England.
The FT ranking surveys graduates who completed their Masters study in 2012, in order to show career progression three years after graduation.
Professor Greg Pawlina, Director of the MSc in Finance programme, said: ‘Our thanks go to the cohort of 2011/2012 who participated in the FT survey this year; they achieved an impressive 35th place globally in a lengthening field.’
Lancaster’s postgraduate programmes in Accounting and Finance have gone from strength to strength in recent years. LUMS also runs a unique double-degree MSc Finance programme with Católica-Lisbon School of Business and Economics at Universidade Católica Portuguesa in Lisbon.
