Professor of organisational psychology Mike West and Director of the Centre for Performance-led HR Paul Sparrow appear at 9^th and 15^th respectively on the prestigious list.

Professor West said: “It is encouraging that academic research into people’s experience of the workplace is changing practice and influencing policy for the better. Lancaster’s longstanding expertise in this area continues to have a significant impact.”
