Lancaster graduate wins Rising Star Award at the UK's largest graduate recruitment awards

Lancaster graduate Kyle McQueen received the prestigious Rising Star Award from host Jonathan Ross at the recent TARGETjobs National Graduate Recruitment Awards.

Kyle graduated from the four-year BBA Management degree course in 2012 and has been working for Barclays for two years.

The Rising Star Award identifies the recent graduate who has made the biggest contribution to their employer's sucess.

Kyle shares his tips for success in this article on the Target Jobs site. He says, "My advice would be simply to show passion and enthusiasm and think all the time about how what you are being asked to do fits in with the bigger picture."
