Dame Jackie Daniel will share her experience, knowledge and insights on how to create hope and inspiration in the context of constant change and uncertainty. We will explore:

· The interplay between the art and the science of organisational development, including individual and team behaviours and why strategy, clear goals and a robust operating framework matter

· The power of sense-making and storytelling and how to develop a compelling narrative.

From the perspective of employer or employee, how do you create an environment where people can flourish?

She will outline those things that matter most and share the tools and techniques she has used that can make the difference.
