By leveraging leadership capability and achieving higher levels of employee engagement they enable businesses to achieve their goals. H2h also provides meaningful help during business restructuring by offering outplacement support and career coaching to those facing redundancy. This delivers meaningful support to those most effected whilst demonstrating a strong employer brand and mitigating disruption and litigation.
Susan’s career in industry positions her well to offer insightful and expert advice to senior leaders who are accountable for business success. As an HR Director in large multi-national corporations, she has valuable experience of working in highly unionised and politically sensitive environments. She has played a key role in transformational change programmes through a variety of business restructuring, mergers, acquisitions and disposals.
Operating successfully as a business consultant for nearly 2 decades, Susan has a track record of enabling high profile and FTSE 100 organisations to deliver enhanced performance through the effective leadership of their people.
Susan is passionate about delivering better business performance by creating confident, inspiring and engaging leaders at every level of the organisation. She spends her time coaching leadership teams and individual leaders; facilitating high impact and stimulating leadership development programmes and practicing what she preaches in her own businesses.
Susan is a recognised speaker and commentator on leadership behaviour and career management in the volatile, uncertain, complex and ambiguous (VUCA) workplace of today. She is challenging, engaging, resourceful and driven to succeed.
Susan is also the Human Factors member on a non-departmental government body in the nuclear sector.
Passionate about career coaching for young people, she also works as a Youth Alliance Partner with a major global organisation.
