A Seasoned Chief Financial Officer (CFO), Finance Director (FD), and Executive Director with a pedigree of strategic, operational, corporate and international roles in leading blue-chip UK and USA organisations; TI plc, GE(USA), Meggitt plc, GEC Marconi, Invensys, Dyson Group plc, PWC.
As CFO of TI Automotive led the £1billion management buy-out, and was credited with inventing the construct of its unique capital structure. This business of £2 billion revenues employed 22,000 people in 28 countries. Responsible for all aspects of finance, IT, treasury, investor relations, funding, tax, acquisitions, divestments, and served as a main board director for 11 years. Led the successful sale of the business to a consortium of investors in 2007. It is now a thriving FTSE 250 listed company.

Currently Assistant Chief Officer and Chief Financial Officer for the Greater Manchester Police.
Former Chief Executive of the Chartered Management Institute (CMI); active in leading its research programmes, speaking, writing and presenting in practitioners’ aspects of management and leadership including within Government and the media.
