Use your professional qualifications to fast-track to a postgraduate qualification
We have processes for awarding credit for prior learning and for some professional qualifications we have carried out a 'matching exercise' to give standard credit allowances. To make an Accreditation of Prior Experiential Learning (APeL) claim students will be required to demonstrate currency (within 5 years) and documentary evidence such as certificates/transcripts.
Early Years Professional Status (EYPS)
30 credits (level 6) onto the Professional Practice pathway.
Any student taking this articulation forward into a Master's may also be able to submit a further 30 credit level 7 APeL claim for their implementation of their learning from this award into their practice.

National Professional Qualification Integrated Centre Leadership (NPQICL)

Participants who have achieved the national NPQICL award, with the Postgraduate Certificate awarded by other HEI providers, can gain direct entry with 60 credits onto the Master's in Professional Practice.

You can put these credit allowances towards a Postgraduate Certificate, Diploma or Master's Degree (subject to the regulations) and negotiate a flexible ongoing development programme based around your needs and those of your work.
