An in-person talk for undergraduates considering a Master's, exploring the significance and complications of managing people in the future.
The management of employees is one of the key elements in the success of organisations and over time, managers have adapted a range of approaches to this task.
In this session, we will provide useful insights on such processes, and question if these ‘well-developed’ approaches should be challenged, whether your chosen field is specific to human resources or more general in nature.
Our Business Master's Taster Series is aimed at current undergraduates who would like to know more about studying Business at a Master's level. After the talk there will be the opportunity to ask questions and talk to the lecturer and the recruitment team.
