Why did you choose to study at LUMS?

Three things were decisive when choosing LUMS. 1) The outstanding reputation as a top 10 University. 2) The curriculum of the MSc Management which was a perfect fit. 3) The fact that LUMS really seemed like they wanted me as a student.

What was the best thing about your course?

Also here, not only one thing was outstanding. The course structure is designed in a way that the retention of what you learn is high. And also, the people you meet are connections for life.

What/who inspired you most at LUMS and why?

The ambitious environment. This environment pushes you to be the best version of yourself.

What are your best memories of your time at Lancaster?

The days on campus with friends, having lunch together, working on projects together and of course having a pint of English beer in the evening in one of the bars on campus.

What are the best things about living in the Lancaster area?

The closeness of the Lake District and the sea.

Which parts of your Lancaster experience were the best preparation for your job?

The self-reflective sessions and the participation in student clubs such as the finance and investment society.

What impact has your Lancaster experience had on your career?

Very big! Top UK universities are much higher up on the priority list of HR teams in continental Europe.
