I chose to study at LUMS because of the high ranking.

What was the best thing about your course?

My courses have taught me to think in highly analytical ways across and between various frameworks, to process and organise information efficiently, and express my ideas clearly in writing and orally.

Enjoyable, constructive, influential.

What are your best memories of your time at Lancaster?

I had the privilege to represent the Lancaster University Students' Union as the International Students' Officer, executive member, and steering committee member. My leadership experiences have taught me strong collaboration, time management, emotional intelligence and influencing skills.

What are the best things about living in the Lancaster area?

It is safe and accessible. Also the beautiful Lake District and the University's collegiate system.

What impact did scholarships or funding have on your degree experience?

I was awarded the Outstanding Contribution award which allowed me to use the prize (£250) to purchase materials e.g. books to enhance my studies.

Which parts of your Lancaster experience were the best preparation for your job?

The leadership experience and also the modules that prepared me for the professional exams.
