Why did you choose to study at Lancaster?
It was a combination of high reputation, a long tradition in marketing research and generous scholarships.
What was the best thing about your course?
Clearly the internationality of the students. You do not only develop academically but also personally by working with people from very diverse backgrounds. Plus, the careers coaches are simply brilliant.
What are the best things about living in the Lancaster area?
Considering the size of Lancaster, it has surprisingly much to offer thanks to the large population of students. Also, the Lake District, Manchester, and Liverpool are close by. Oh, and the pints are cheaper than in London.
What impact did scholarships or funding have on your degree experience?
They had a big influence. Thanks to the Department Scholarship and the Fulgoni High Potential Scholarship I was able to fully focus on my degree without having to worry about financial issues.
What impact has your Lancaster experience had on your career?
Quite a significant one I would say. The Fulgoni Scholarship raised my interest in digital marketing and lead me to work in the area.
