Why did you choose to study at LUMS?

Lancaster university management school is ranked highly amongst UK universities, however its relative youth means that it has modern facilities and practices which are constantly evolving.

What was the best thing about your course?

My favourite thing was that the course featured specialists for each area of study, from Financial economics specialists to Political economy researchers. Everyone tasked with teaching was an expert in their relevant area.

Did you do a project, placement, study abroad? What did this involve and what did you gain?

I completed a dissertation during my year at Lancaster. It involved three months of a project, gathering data, analysing it with specialist software, and reporting my findings against the research of academics around the world. This allowed me to make a small contribution towards the base of knowledge within Economics.

Describe your time at LUMS in three words:

Enjoyable, challenging, worthwhile.
