LUCC Doctoral Fellow Zhuo Chen gave the second in our new series of PhD seminars, organized jointly with the British Postgraduate Network for Chinese Studies (BPCS), on March 6. A PhD Candidate in the Department of Politics, Philosophy and Religion, Chen presented a paper on China's internet policies, titled "Through the lens of Internet policy: How does the Chinese government build the relations with citizens on social media."
