In order to ensure maximum enjoyment of LuBBs for all users (or as many
as is possible), there are a variety of rules governing acceptable use
of LuBBs, these are detailed here, along with the guide to the mechanics
of using LuBBs, i.e. what happens when you press what button, what
"Witness" means, can you use LuBBs to help you with your course, etc
etc...
The rules and user guide are made available in plain text format, and
are identical to the versions available on LuBBs itself.
