Roundtable discussion based on Global Link's Migration Stories North West project

To mark the installation of the Migration Stories North West exhibition at Lancaster University Library from 15 to 29 November, please join us for a panel discussion reflecting on the 100+ stories researched as part of this community heritage project. The panel will explore the relationship between the local, regional and global in migration, and the value of such projects in bringing together professional and citizen historians.

The event will be chaired by Oliver Wilkinson from the Regional Heritage Centre.

Speakers include Alison Lloyd Williams, project coordinator from Global Link in Lancaster, and Eleri Cousins, Michael Hughes, Corinna Peniston-Bird and Stephanie Wright from Lancaster’s History Department.
