I am interested in the application of Critical Discourse Analysis and Corpus Linguistics to legal discourse. My PhD project will use CDA and CL to investigate the discourse of coroners courts and inquests. Specifically, I will be researching Regulation 28: Reports to Prevent Future Deaths
