Dr Joe Lindley, David Green, and colleagues from ImaginationLancaster are delighted to announce Permission to Muck About. This film has been over 3 years in the making and represents a major output from the Design Research Works project and its aim is to show the world what it can gain from Design Research.

It is the culmination of hundreds of hours of workshops and interviews, conversations and explorations and all kinds of other digressions and includes interviews with a cross-section of world-leading Design Researchers.

Our hope is that the film will contribute towards increasing awareness of the broad value of Design Research to those outside of the Design Research community. Alongside we hope it will help galvanise the community around the common issues and challenges we face.
