I am a PhD student part of the Waitrose Collaborative Training Partnership. My project is aimed at reducing food waste in the supply chain. I am passionate about making positive change. I am very interested in science communication and outreach, in addition to science policy change for real impact.
Current Research
Can we reduce food waste in the supply chain from farm to fork?
PhD project investigating the relationships between environmental stresses and spoilage of important fruit crops including tomatoes. Using ATR-FTIR and Raman spectroscopy as a method for early detection of spoilage.
