Oonagh Sands a dually-qualified English and US lawyer specialising in public international law, with a particular focus on law of the sea. She has significant experience representing sovereign States and their State-owned entities, as well as individuals and private entities, before leading world dispute resolution fora, such as the International Court of Justice and Permanent Court of Arbitration.
