We are delighted to be welcoming Professor John Hudson (St Andrews), who will be presenting a paper titled ‘Maitland, Common Law, and Civil Law’. The paper draws on themes from his new book project and recent Carlyle Lectures at Oxford, and we are very pleased that he is joining us for the event.
