Languages Society (LangSoc) is the new up-and-coming society, aiming to bring language learners together through socials, activities, and shared experiences.

Through the help of the Department of Languages and Cultures, a new Languages Society (LangSoc) has been formed that caters for learner of foreign languages. LangSoc aims to bring together foreign languages students and those that want to/are learning a foreign language to create a diverse place where people can celebrate and share their differences. It offers a place for people to socialise and build a strong and caring community for language learners. Since its formation in February, the society has made a lot of progress and is planning a variety of social events to suit everyone.
