Our success in achieving these goals is clearly reflected in our alumni and the impressive positions they've secured after their tenure with our team post-graduation.
Lucy Holtom - Previously Marketing Coordinator
3 months after finishing my part time role within the ITPI team and graduating, I am now working as Trainee Marketing Executive within the International Paid Search team at Next PLC!
I am settling into a new city as well as a new role and it has become evident that my experience gained working as the Marketing Coordinator within the ITPI team really helped me in my early career development!

Tom Coward - Previously Full Stack Developer
My time at ITPI offered me a massive amount of freedom to get stuck into things, granting me an unbelievable amount of experience in a short amount of time.
As I've moved onto a graduate role at the BBC, it's placed me in really good stead to hit the ground running and get stuck in far quicker than if I hadn't spent time with ITPI.
I can safely say that my time at ITPI has been very formative towards my future career, and a time I look back at fondly.
- Tom C
Shannon Daniel - Previously Marketing Assistant

Liam Burke - Previously Administration Assistant and Level 3 Apprentice
I was an Administration Assistant for ITPI. However, prior to this role I completed my Level 3 apprenticeship with ITPI. I worked on various projects with the other developers in the team and provided support. I enjoyed working at ITPI as I got to learn from them, especially as no two days are the same, so there were opportunities for new learning every single day.
- Liam B
Maria Hristova - Previously Junior Developer
Working for ITPI, I was given space to learn and grow as a developer in an accepting environment. One of the most rewarding experiences was my involvement in enhancing the Lancaster University’s mobile application, iLancaster, which garnered a significant amount of positive feedback from students and academic staff. After my time at ITPI, I went back to Lancaster University to finish my 4th and final year as a Software Engineering student. I know my experience at ITPI and everything I learnt on the job will help me in my studies.
- Maria H
William Hannah - Previously VR Developer

Dulcie Brewer - Previously Administration Assistant and Project Manager
I loved the 8 months I spent working with ITPI, helping the team to operate smoothly and supporting various events, presentations and meetings. Alongside admin tasks, in my final 4 months at ITPI, I took on a project management role within the inspiring Compassionate Schools Hub project. I will miss this wonderful team, as I move on to studying a PhD at Lancaster.

Ciara Dickson - Previously Administration Assistant
I did a little bit of everything to help ITPI run smoothly, sadly I've now left the team as I graduated and now have a job in my home town with Ignition Technology as a Marketing Administrator.

Alex Diyan
I was a Junior Front-End developer at ITPI and my time there was amazing. For the 8 months I worked there I gained so much valuable experience. From working on the Lancaster Music Festival App to the building the new Attendance Centre Site I can say I was developed into a Full-Stack developer working with React, .NET, and AWS to build these Full-Stack applications.
I must give alot of thanks to Brian, Abi, James, and the rest of the ITPI team for providing so much support and encouragement during my time there and giving me the freedom to work on so many different projects and tech stacks. Now that I have graduated with this experience, I feel very prepared for my next Job as Software Developer/Engineer.
