Event Details

Lancaster University has teamed up with blood cancer charity DKMS UK to run a donor registration event, to encourage more potential lifesavers to join the stem cell register.

The event will take place on Thursday 20 March in the Work In Progress space on the corner of Alexandra Square and South Spine.

All it takes is five minutes of your time and three simple cheek swabs, so please come down and register. If you can't make it on the day, take a leaflet and register for a swab kit to be sent to you in the post.

Once you are on the stem cell register, you may be chosen to help someone in need of a stem cell transplant.
