Fidelino Fernandez is a dedicated community leader in Pampas del Mirador, District 18, Cali. He was instrumental in organising the Community Housing Board, fighting for land rights, and improving living conditions, such as water and electricity services. He has led efforts to legalise housing, ensuring that residents receive proper titles, and advocating for better access to education and healthcare. Through years of persistence, Fidelino has fostered a spirit of resilience and community unity, striving to provide a better future for all residents, with a focus on decent housing and opportunities for everyone.
