Justiniano Arias Galindez has lived in Pampas de Mirador for over 20 years, after migrating from Cauca due to threats. As Vice President of the neighbourhood board, he plays a key role in efforts to improve living conditions, such as paving streets and securing essential services like electricity and water.
A major concern for Justiniano is mobility, as residents face challenges with limited transport options, including buses and taxis. He advocates for improved infrastructure, such as a cable car system, to ease mobility in the densely populated area. He also emphasises the need for better security and job opportunities, particularly for young people.
