The University will be holding a special Tea Party on Wednesday 1st June to celebrate Her Majesty The Queen's Platinum Jubilee.

The University will be holding a special Tea Party on Wednesday 1st June to celebrate Her Majesty The Queen's Platinum Jubilee.

The celebration event will be held in Alexandra Square and both Staff and Students are invited to attend.

The event includes an afternoon tea including egg mayo and cucumber finger sandwiches along with mini cakes and a cup of tea.

Don’t miss out on your chance to mark a historic 70 years of service by Her Majesty The Queen.

To keep in the spirit of the tradition of a Jubilee, all attendees will receive a customary souvenir tea towel, and the Tea Party will be served on crockery without a disposable in sight!

Tickets are available from Lancaster University's online store at a price of £2.50 per person.

The party will be held at 2.30 - 3.30pm in Alexandra Square. The venue may change if the weather is unsuitable.
