Linfu is a social designer with an interdisciplinary background in social science and design. His PhD research currently focuses on social design for vulnerable groups, with an emphasis on community-based participatory design, eudaimonic well-being, and digital place-making.
Linfu earned his Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Transdisciplinary Design from Hefei University of Technology, China, specializing in mobile architecture. He further explored social prejudice by completing a Master's in Social Psychology from the University of Surrey, UK.
With nearly five years of diverse professional experience, Linfu has worked as a solution architect addressing the digital divide in rural China, a market and user researcher in FinTech, and a senior product manager in IoT innovation.
