A polite reminder if you book a taxi to take you home it is your responsibility to ensure you have enough money to pay for the fare home.

Refusing to pay the a fare or running off without paying is considered a crime. It is also an offense if you take a journey in a taxi without having the money to pay and do not inform the driver until you have arrived at the destination.

Please don’t forget, this is a drivers livelihood. In some instances, you may find drivers may ask for either student id or payment before starting the journey.
