Then counting outwards in balcony next sea. their circumfs are. 2 “ 10. 2 “ 11. 2 “ 10 and 3 “ 3 But the innermost of the 5 is only 2 “ 8 round at base. and has -a most unusual thing the rude base opposite of which the lower member a is octagonal - all worked in one piece with shafts Height of this shaft from upper basic fillet to its capital bell. 7 “ 1 ½ and to [inch?] surface of upper plinth, 8 “ 1. The entire height from plinth to plinth is 9 feet. giving 11 in for its base.
