[diagram] Next - towards St Marks This pillar the Vid figure on last page. first of the Bon 1 always front 5 series altogether ruder 1. a crowned figure with a kind of rose 6 4 & common in figures in the hand - held as opposite much more anatomy to regulating of features 2. a woman with a distaff. 7 3 & [b?] cutting 3. a man with a ball in his hand. 8 2 4. a man in one of the loose pendant caps 1 with a girdle and common buckle about waist and a very lovely border to his dress, over his shoulders; leaves edging it deeply like [drawing] lace. His left hand raised holds something like a truncheon . broken - his right is Note the graceful holding - and kind of laid softly on the leaves out of which he rose - this one is constant in the architecture rises (all these figures are sufficiently rude, but the leaf cutting is very flowing and fine - the leaves have only three main - ribs - rolls in section - which always ramify to the right. thus: one only. I think ramifying into 3 at once: The leaf [diagram] lobes have no ribs There is a fine seaweedy roundness & flexibility in their stems. Done.
