                                                                      far more delicate than anything at Venice, a very old tre-
                                                                      foliate form occurs also fig 1 opp; in simple brick and
                                                                      every coil of the cable a brick separate.
                                                                      Capitals.	But note especially that the curious capital like a base
                                                                      with raised leaves reversed, and very shallow in the bell
                                                                      noticed as unique in the Canna reggio at Venice, occurs
                                                                      frequently in the streets arcades of Padua and Vicenzo
                                                                      and is always detestable.
                                                                      Arcades.	One of the Gothic palaces of Vicenza has a very beautiful
                                                                                  effect
