No 45 In the bottom of a dark & filthy alley [drawing] observe this moulding is [mistakenly ?] represented below Very remarkable for its arched masonryTypefilling up the interval between semi circle [drawing] mouldings - though quite flat and above this point plain. - the moulding forming the ogee continuously and [drawing]Masonrythe other the stilted arch.Leaves on Cablesarms [defaced?] Two ugly supporting Archivolt breadth The point of the flat stones in [?] cusps are sharp and neat - all on angle above Archivolt Section put in as seen at the side- which makes the entire door especially [diagram] picturesque - all broken in and out like Fondaco de Turchi - bricks & smooth This section [discreet?] with all the stones. and deep finials all grand in depth jointsJamb Section- (The arms are effaced -two ugly kneeling [supporters?] in council caps an angel above as usual). and the joints of all in defferent places & very short which makes me think it old.Pil Headfinial on a kind of bracket thus finial on a bracket [drawing] & very simple & [curvy?]
