See House Book 2 p.18L and House Book 2 p.17 - though the house described there does not seem to be the Palazzo Manfrini (Ruskin’s identification), which has none of the Gothic characteristics to which Ruskin draws attention. That is odd because Ruskin was familiar with the Palazzo Manfrin as an art gallery, as is shown in the 1843 edition of Modern Painters Vol 1 (Works, 3.337 [n/a], and compare Works, 11.391).
