It is not clear when this daguerrotype was made, or how it relates to chronology of the notes referring to the Palazzo Cavalli said to be ‘near the Post Office’. The dageuerrotype is listed as p 163 D, with a note that it had been ‘put away’. It has not been possible to trace it.
