The tomb is in SS. Giovanni e Paolo. See also Gothic Book p.41, Works, 9.370, and, for the inscription and a detailed account of the tomb, Works, 11.298f. There as at Notebook M2 p.52 it is the ‘two monstrous heads’ which provide the starting point for his evaluation.
