This is the reading of the Ruskin Library Transcript T7B. ‘having frescoes’ is a possible reading for ‘leaving frescoes’. The manuscript here is difficult to read, and though the reading does not seem to make sense in English or Italian, it is not at present possible to suggest an alternative. It has not been possible to locate a reference for it in Mutinelli.
