‘down below by’ is the reading of the Ruskin Library Transcrip T7B. ‘drawn below my’ seems a better reading of the manuscript and is Ruskin’s usual way of referring to a drawing he has made. See for example Notebook M2 p.48; Notebook M2 p.126L; Notebook M2 p.128L.
