The reference is to the note at Notebook M p.74AL, where the dates are taken from Zanotto (1847) pp.144-5. The reading of the Ruskin Library Transcript T7B where ‘M’ becomes i/c is understandable in view of the squashed writing, but wrong. It follows that this page was written after that page in M.
