Apart from the reference to the dated tabernacle in the small Gothic chapel at House Book 1 p.44 and the note on that chapel from Zanotto (1847)II.ii.168 - 176, reported at Notebook M2 p.32 the notebooks do not provide evidence of detailed study of the church. Notebook M p.107 and Door Book p.19 are concerned with a door leading into the campo, and Notebook M2 p.112 describes the pattern of brick work in the south east angle of the campo.
