Pages Gothic Book pp.26L and 26; Gothic Book pp.27L and 27; Gothic Book p.28L and Gothic Book p.29 relate in part to Ruskin’s study of the capitals of the Ducal Palace, the focus here being the upper ones. The lower arcade is largely the focus of study in ‘Palace Book’ However, Palace Book p.22L to Palace Book p.25 are concerned also with the upper arcade.
