White label on front, blue / green marbled card cover. Size - 7 1/2 x 4 3/4 (19.2 x 12.2 cm), 162 pages. Recto pages numbered by Ruskin 1 - 81, with page 1 starting at the first free endpaper. Page number 26 was omitted by Ruskin and most of page 54 was torn out. Pages also numbered from back of book p.1 w to p.24 w. Possible starting date January 1850.
