Technical Requirements

You will need the following, in order to view the course efficiently:

• Web browser, preferably Internet Explorer 5.5 or higher.

• Suitable broadband width (i.e. 256k).

• Selected [downloadable] plug-ins - Windows Media player

• Appropriate phonetic font ( Arial Unicode MS or Doulos SIL) installed on your computer.
  Arial Unicode MS should allready be installed if you have Microsoft Office.
  The Doulos SIL font is freely available to download: Download Doulos SIL

Some of the more wizzy and fun audio-visual parts of this site were created using Adobe Flash. But last year Adobe withdrew its support for  Flash. We are trying to recreate the missing fun as best we can. It won’t be perfect – sorry about that. But we are doing our best, honest!
