The Irish Sea and the outer reaches of Morecambe Bay, which is visible from the summit of Pendle Hill on a very clear day, though these are few and far between. He might catch a glimpse of the top of Black Combe, but would not quite be able to see the inner reaches of Morecambe Bay, Ulverston, or Lancaster.
