Limbic cortices

A collective term for a number of different cortices on the edge of the cortical sheet, which has an approximately constant thickness, abuts white matter on its inner boundary, while its outer boundary adjoins cerebrospinal fluid in gyral regions and another cortical sheet in the sucal regions.
