Research Interests

My research interests centre around the relationship between food systems' antibiotic, hygiene, and animal health and welfare policies/standards in their various designs and actors and organisations' various enactments of such standards in practice.

Current Teaching

I am currently an Associate Lecturer on the introductory Sociology first-year module, SOCL101: The Sociological Imagination

Additional Information

My PhD research has been awarded an ESRC funded studentship from the NWSSDTP.

I hold a BA (hons) in Criminology from the University of Liverpool, and a MSc in Sociological Research from the University of Manchester.
