Research Overview

Fiona is a current student on the PhD in Higher Education: Research, Evaluation and Enhancement. Fiona's doctoral research is an exploration of transgender student experiences in universities in the Republic of Ireland. This research aims to provide insight not only into negative experiences for transgender students and what they advocate for improvement, but also identify what policies, practices and approaches may already be contributing to positive and inclusive experiences for transgender students.
